Payments are processed by third-party payment providers including Stripe and other payment processors. We do not store or have access to your full payment details.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations, rescheduling requests, and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
By booking a service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
Disclaimer
Participation in meditation, contemplative practices, retreats, workshops, private sessions, memberships, and related offerings is voluntary.
All services are provided for educational, contemplative, personal development, and wellbeing purposes only and are not a substitute for medical care, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, crisis intervention, diagnosis, or professional healthcare advice.
Participants remain responsible for their own wellbeing and decisions at all times.
No Guarantee of Results
While the services offered are intended to support wellbeing, self-inquiry, personal growth, and contemplative practice, individual experiences and outcomes vary significantly.
No guarantees, representations, or warranties are made regarding any specific results, benefits, insights, healing, transformation, or outcomes arising from participation in any session, program, retreat, membership, event, or offering.
Participant Conduct
Participants are expected to engage respectfully with the facilitator and other participants.
We reserve the right to refuse participation, remove individuals from events, suspend access to memberships, or discontinue services where behaviour is disruptive, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, or otherwise inconsistent with maintaining a safe and respectful environment.
No refund will be provided where participation is terminated due to a breach of this provision.
Online Sessions and Technology
Certain services are delivered online through platforms including Zoom and other third-party providers.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they have access to a suitable internet connection, equipment, software, and technical capability necessary for participation.
We are not responsible for interruptions, delays, outages, technical failures, platform errors, or limitations caused by third-party services or participant equipment.
Intellectual Property
All content made available through this website and associated services, including but not limited to recordings, written materials, teachings, videos, audio content, meditations, course materials, graphics, downloads, newsletters, and website content, remains the intellectual property of Soumini Vasan unless otherwise stated.
Content may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, republished, sold, licensed, recorded, shared, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Recordings
Certain sessions, workshops, retreats, classes, or events may be recorded.
By participating in a recorded event, you acknowledge that recordings may be made and distributed to registered participants or members where applicable and you acknowledge that the recording may be published, sold or otherwise used in ways that we find appropriate.
Participants who do not wish to appear in recordings are responsible for disabling their camera, changing their display name, and using available privacy settings.

This website and associated services may utilise third-party platforms including, but not limited to, Zoom, Stripe, MailerLite, Luma, YouTube, WordPress, and Hostinger.
We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, privacy practices, security, or content of third-party services.
