Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Private Sessions

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled more than 48 hours before the scheduled session time.

For cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session, participants may choose one of the following:

• A complimentary reschedule to a future date.
• A credit to be used toward a future session.
• A refund, less any applicable payment processing fees (currently approximately 3.5%).

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session are not eligible for a refund. However, a complimentary reschedule may be offered where possible.

Exceptional circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Soumini Vasan.

Group Sessions

Registrations for group meditation sessions, classes, and events booked through Luma are generally non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, you may contact Soumini Vasan prior to the event to request a transfer of your registration to a future group session. Such requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

Retreats, workshops, and special events may be subject to separate cancellation terms, which will be stated on the individual event registration page.

No-Show Policy

If a participant does not attend a scheduled session and has not provided advance notice, the session will be considered a “no-show”.

No-shows are not eligible for a refund.

If a participant joins more than 15 minutes late, Soumini Vasan reserves the right to shorten the session accordingly or consider the appointment forfeited if attendance is not possible within the remaining time available.

In cases of genuine emergencies or exceptional circumstances, requests for rescheduling may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Soumini Vasan.

Changes by the Facilitator

In the unlikely event that Soumini Vasan needs to cancel or reschedule a session, participants will be offered either a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule at no additional cost.

By booking a session, class, event, retreat, or other offering, participants acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.

Please note that cancelling a booking does not automatically entitle a participant to a refund. All refund requests are subject to the terms of this Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
