What do these sessions offer?
In these sessions, Soumini will assist and help you reconnect with the CONSCIOUS PRESENCE within you that is beyond the mind, mental and emotional activity.
The process of present-moment living could be interpreted as uncomfortable by the mind/body complex because one's being may not be used to associating peace as safe so embracing discomfort that arises from being present is addressed in these sessions.
Since the biggest hindrance to re-establishing the connection with the true-self within is identification with the mind (ego), Soumini will gently and compassionately help point out where one is currently stuck in this process.
These sessions combine ancient wisdom with modern nervous system regulation approaches.
This is a safe and gentle process and requires no previous meditation or spiritual experience.
Ultimately, the objective of these sessions is to help you become more conscious in your everyday life.
Who is this session for?
Anyone that is open to experiencing and experimenting the dimension of CONSCIOUS PRESENCE within through present-moment living.
You need not have an ongoing physical, mental, emotional or spiritual problem to be able to schedule this session.
However, if you are experiencing trouble staying present with body sensations, emotions or mental activity, you will greatly benefit from these sessions.
Is this similar to Energy Healing?
No. Energy healing involves connecting with and channeling universal healing energy outside of oneself to heal or change current reality. It is an active process of 'doing' and 'action' and works by setting intentions.
Energy healing works beautifully but one could argue that the expectation to heal or change current reality could be a mental and ego-ic desire arising from the need to fix, control or change unpleasant circumstances.
Present-moment living is about surrendering the mind and ego in a receptive state of CONSCIOUS 'be-ing' and not seeing oneself as a separate entity that requires healing. Intentions are not set and expectations are not held by the mind. Presence is embodied consciously and current reality is accepted without the mental narratives of the separate, conceptual ego self.
The good news is that the side-effect of conscious surrender, conscious acceptance and consciously staying present helps one disidentify from the mental noise, thereby activating inner peace and inner knowing. This activates the body's ability to heal itself organically by the higher intelligence within us. This translates to sourcing the PRESENCE POWER within oneself, which is what is taught and practiced in these private sessions.
Do these sessions help with old traumas?
Yes these sessions have the ability to shift one's awareness from becoming the trauma, identifying with the trauma, identifying with the sensations, identifying with the memories and recreating the past.
However, the difference here is that one is not actively working towards "fixing", "controlling" or "making" the memory or trauma go away. It is about finding the PRESENCE within, which becomes the anchor for unconditional love that allows the trauma to organically dissolve on its own.
Old traumas and memories are simply varying densities of energy at the end of the day and; energy needs movement. Resisting or holding on to the memory or trauma creates blockages from these natural movements and natural flow of energy.
Soumini will assist in helping you stay as the UNCONDITIONAL PRESENCE so the energy can move, shift and transmute on its own - which brings healing and peace in due time. This depends on how much energy was suppressed or repressed in the first place but with consistent present-moment living, one can start to witness the changes in the quality of life.
