Presence and Embodied Bhakti
It is easy for devotion to become an experience of the mind — looking for signs from god or the universe, imagining conversations, visualising encounters, or creating stories about what a particular experience might mean.
But what happens when devotion moves beyond what is imagined and becomes something that is felt directly?
This session is an invitation to explore embodied Bhakti - bringing devotion out of the realm of thoughts, images and interpretations, and into the heart and the body.
Rather than seeking signs or trying to create a particular experience of connection, we will explore what it means to simply feel into the heart space, soften, surrender and allow devotion to be experienced as a living presence.
Presence in a Digital World
We spend much of our day consuming digital content — watching, scrolling, reading, listening and moving from one thing to the next.
But can we remain present while doing so?
This session is an invitation to explore what it means to stay rooted in the body, in awareness and in being-ness, even while engaging with the constantly changing world of digital content.
Rather than trying to escape the digital world, we will explore how to notice when attention is pulled outward, and gently return to Presence — allowing technology to be something we engage with, without losing ourselves in it.
Future announcements will be made on this page.
